How do I set up a recording session?

You can also call/text us at 718-404-9859 to set up a deposit (non-refundable) to reserve any recording time. We accept Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
Please note that we are unable to accept same-day requests, or any cash deposit dropoffs. Thanks for understanding.

What are your hours?
We are open from 10am-12am (by appointment only)
We do not accept walk-ins or same-day reservations.
Deposit is required at least 24hrs in advance to reserve your time.
Is there parking at the studio?
There is street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Try Eldert St, Irving Ave, Schaeffer Street or Decatur Street. There is no reserved parking or parking lot.
Cancellation & Other Policies
To keep things comfortable, we have a strict limit on guests. Generally, we can comfortably seat 4 people. When booking your session, please let us know if you plan to bring guests & how many so that we can confirm our studio is a good fit for your group.
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early and wait outside or in the entryway.
There is a 2 hour minimum on all sessions, and a 3hr minimum on drum recordings due to setup & breakdown.
You will be charged from the agreed-upon start time, not what time you arrive. 727 Studios is not responsible or liable for client lateness under any circumstances. Client lateness of 30min or more constitutes forfeiture of the session with no refund. If you show up late for your session, you will still be charged for the full duration of the originally planned session time.
No refunds or same-day cancellations / reschedulings. If for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule, you must do so at least 24hrs in advance. In the event of a same-day cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit is forfeitted. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 14 days of originally scheduled session.
If you need your audio stems exported, please be sure to set aside ample time during the end of your session to export & send them over to you. Otherwise, all out-of-session stem exports will now need to be assessed & charged with a $10 minimum. Thanks for understanding.
Smoking is not allowed inside the booth. No cigarette smoking in the studio.
